Pricing depends on the size of the washroom trailer you select and the location it is being delivered to. To obtain pricing please complete our request a quote form.

We ask our customers to book a washroom unit as soon as they decide it is needed for their event to ensure the date and unit are available. All units are on a first come first serve basis and no units will be placed on hold without a deposit.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance payable 7 days prior to your event. Please contact us to book well in advance to ensure your unit and requested dates are available.

We accept all Visa/Mastercard, email transfers, and cash*. We are currently working on accepting online payments to help better assist our customers.
*Cash is only available at our Aldergrove location.

Your washroom unit will come sparkling clean and fully stocked and we take it away after your event and clean it. Your job is to have a great time at your event, and we take care of the dirty work. Should you or your clients require it, we can also provide attendants, ongoing cleaning, and replacement consumables for as long as your event lasts at an additional charge. Please let us know in the quoting process if this is something you would be interested in receiving.

The washroom units are delivered fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towel and soap as well as a few extra rolls under the sink (or in the back closet) for your event.

Delivery fees are based off of the location of the event and from whichever Sunrise Washroom Rentals location is closest.
For Example – Aldergrove Office provides included delivery from West Vancouver to Chilliwack.

We currently service Washington State at this time and have done longer events (2 + weeks in Oregon State.) We are always expanding so check back in the future if we do not cover your area yet.

Most Shower and Washroom facilities are fully self-contained. A customer is responsible for basic cleaning during your rental (adding new supplies if necessary than what was provided, taking out the garbage and wiping down the sink areas.

Our washroom trailer units have heat for colder months and air conditioning for the summer months.

We do offer a few different wheelchair accessible units. Please contact our office for further information.

No, we do not allow customers to pickup and drop off the units themselves OR allow them to move them once they have already been set up. We have a team of trained staff to help facilitate your needs and ensure the placement is where you want it to be.

Generally, we deliver on the date requested between 9am and 6pm and will contact you prior to leaving our yard. We do provide delivery services 7 days a week, but if your event lands on a Holiday and pickup is requested for that day there will be an additional charge or if it falls outside the general delivery times.

We generally ask that if water is available that we connect to the water source available via regular garden hose. Our units do come equipped with onboard fresh water holding tanks should water not be available at your event. Once the tank is empty, the fresh water would need to be refilled as needed.

Our smaller units require 110v outlets (15 amps – a regular electrical outlet). Our larger units do require 30-amp services and we can discuss with you if you have the required power available at your site prior to booking. We do offer generator services for longer term events or can advise you what generator would be required to rent for your event.
